Do you have a banjo but would appreciate some tips on how to get started with different techniques? Mr. Jesse has been a banjo player for seven years and would be happy to share his knowledge with you. He will highlight the claw-hammer technique, basic finger-picking and how he learned this versatile instrument. No banjo required but registration is required.

We are excited to annouce we will be holding our annual gingerbread house contest and display this year. Drop off your gingerbread houses for our annual event on Monday, Nov. 23 by 5pm, OR on Tuesday, Nov. 24 by 8pm. The final drop-off day is Nov. 24 by 8pm. 

Come see and smell the delightful Gingerbread house creations by our amazing community!

Pick up a make n take ornament kit at the library to create your own ornament in celebration of Country Hearth Christmas. Add your ornament to the Country Hearth Christmas Tree Lighting at the lighting event on Friday, November 27th.

Kits Available starting Monday, November 16th-Friday November 27th

Play with your friends, family or fly solo on this game night program. The host will ask you to find all kinds of ordinary items from around your house. The first team to bring the correct item back wins that round. You’ll need to be quick on your feet for this silly, energetic and creative program.
